7. Your Right to Cancel and Our Returns Window (UK Customers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, and to return the goods within 14 days of cancelling.
In addition to that statutory right, LIUMI accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy. Where our 30-day returns window is more generous than your statutory rights, the 30-day window applies.

8. Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
- We do not accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
