Refund policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at info@theliumi.com before the 14-day period expires. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Returning Items

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition — unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags still attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or final-sale items (unless faulty)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior notification

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in GBP (£).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@theliumi.com. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

  2. We will confirm your return request and provide instructions.
  3. Send the item(s) back using a tracked shipping method.
  4. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
